Welcome to Homenable Ltd. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form the agreement between you (“the Customer”) and Homenable Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) when you book or use our services. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

Homenable Ltd provides one-to-one technology training and support, including Apple device setup, training, and ongoing guidance services.

We provide in-home technology training and support tailored to your needs.

Services include, but are not limited to, Apple device setup, accessibility support, training for everyday use, and ongoing support plans.

We aim to deliver all services with reasonable skill, care, and in accordance with UK consumer law.
3. Bookings

Bookings can be made through our website, by email, or by phone.

Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate information about your device, location, and accessibility requirements.
4. Payments

All session fees must be paid in advance at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Payments are accepted online via our website’s secure checkout or other approved methods.

Prices include VAT (if applicable) and will be stated clearly before you confirm your booking.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a session up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund.

If you purchase a bundle (e.g., 3-session package), refunds will be calculated proportionally for unused sessions only.
6. Customer Responsibilities

You must ensure we have safe access to your home to provide the service.

You remain responsible for the security of your devices, accounts, and passwords.

We may guide you through privacy and security best practices, but ultimate responsibility for safeguarding your data remains with you.
7. Liability

Homenable Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

We do not accept liability for issues caused by pre-existing faults, misuse of devices, or third-party products and services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be limited under UK law.
8. Data Protection & Privacy

We will only collect and use your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

Information such as your name, address, and device details will be used solely for providing our services.

We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

All training materials, guides, or resources provided remain the property of Homenable Ltd.
