Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Homenable Ltd, we want every customer to feel confident and supported when using our services. This policy explains your rights to refunds and cancellations when booking our one-to-one training and support sessions.


1. Cancellations

  • You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable.

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund.


2. Refunds for Bundles

  • If you purchase a multi-session bundle (e.g. 3 sessions) and choose not to complete all sessions, you will receive a partial refund for any unused sessions.

  • The refund will be calculated based on the number of sessions completed at the standard single-session rate.

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable.


3. Refunds After a Session

  • Once a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable unless you, as the consumer, can demonstrate that we failed to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, as required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • If you are unhappy with your session, please contact us. We may offer follow-up support or additional guidance at our discretion, but refunds are not guaranteed.


4. Cooling-Off Period (Online Bookings)

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you book a service online, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel for a full refund.

  • However, if you request that your training session takes place within those 14 days, you agree that your cancellation rights will end once the service has been fully delivered.

6. Discretionary Refunds

  • Refunds outside of this policy are at the sole discretion of Homenable Ltd.

  • We always aim to act fairly and with understanding, but we also reserve the right to protect our time and business.


7. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
