1. Scope of Services

  • Homenable Ltd provides in-person Apple device training and setup services only.

  • Phone or email contact may be used for booking or administrative purposes, but we do not provide troubleshooting or technical support remotely unless you are enrolled in an ongoing support plan.

2. Ongoing Support

  • A one-off session includes training and setup at the agreed time and location only.

  • Follow-up support is not included unless you have purchased a support bundle or ongoing support plan.

  • Requests for additional help outside of booked sessions may be refused or subject to additional charges.

3. Third-Party Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or reliability of third-party products or services, including but not limited to Apple, iCloud, Wi-Fi providers, apps, or operating system updates.

  • If issues arise due to third-party faults, updates, or outages, Homenable Ltd cannot be held liable.

4. Device Security & Passwords

  • Customers remain solely responsible for the security of their own devices, accounts, and passwords.

  • We will never request, record, or retain customer passwords or account security information.

  • Under no circumstances will Homenable Ltd store or use customer credentials. This protects both you and us against risks of fraud, misuse, or compromise.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their devices are backed up before any session. We are not liable for any data loss.

5. Accuracy of Training & Outcomes

  • All training is provided with reasonable skill and care.

  • We cannot guarantee that every issue will be resolved or that services will meet all expectations, as outcomes depend on customer participation, device condition, and third-party systems.

  • Customers are responsible for practising skills taught and applying them appropriately after sessions.

6. Website Content

  • Content provided on this website (including guides, blogs, and FAQs) is for general information only.

  • It should not be relied on as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

  • Homenable Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from reliance on website content.

7. Legal Compliance

  • Nothing in this Disclaimer limits our obligations to deliver services with reasonable care and skill under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
